I have spent 15 years consulting with clients ranging in size from start-up to large corporations in a variety of industries including media, technology, non-profit and professional services. I have extensive expertise in the areas of change management, leadership and organizational effectiveness. In my coaching work, I help leaders unlock their true potential, increase their sphere of influence and become conduits of positive change.
